A note from Margot
My name is Margot. I live here — a two-bedroom on the garden side, second from the corner. I'm not a salesperson and this isn't a brochure. The Oaks asked me to show you around because I'm the resident they built it for. I'd want someone to do the same for me.
If you came to visit, I'd start at the bridge. Three minutes on foot to the sand, the Audubon side of the road, herons more often than not. Back to the patio by nine — tea on the bistro table, umbrella up, the garden still damp from the morning. I'd show you the pool, the grocer a block away, the porch wide enough for two chairs and a soft breath off the river.
The rest of this site is mine to write. We — meaning the people who brought this property back — kept what was worth keeping and replaced what wasn't. I'd love to see you here on a Saturday.
— M.
The Oaks at Royal Palm knew the river first.
A garden of palms and oaks. A pool that's always been there. A patio wide enough for two chairs and a bistro table. The property was tired when North Crane Living took it on — they brought it back, one apartment at a time, kept what was worth keeping, replaced what wasn't.
The neighborhood is Royal Park: the first private property over the bridge from the beach, three minutes to the sand on foot, two grocery stores a block away, Miracle Mile in walking range. Audubon-designated for the herons and the quiet.
The wind off the river isn't a breeze — it's a soft breath. Tea on the bistro table at nine, the puppy asleep at your feet, a book open under the umbrella. Saturday fills in by itself. Come see.
