  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes. Mine sleeps under the bistro table. Reasonable size and breed restrictions apply; the leasing team can walk you through the specifics on a tour.
  • What's included in the rent?
    TODO(fred): confirm what's included — water? trash? Wi-Fi? Then write this as Margot.
  • How much is parking?
    TODO(fred): parking arrangement + cost.
  • What floor plans are available?
    Three plans — one-, two-, and three-bedroom. Each opens to the garden side. The two-bedroom is mine and the one I'd recommend if you can.
  • How close to the beach is it, really?
    Three minutes on foot. The bridge is short and the Audubon side of the road is the one to walk.
  • Is it really an Audubon neighborhood?
    Yes. Royal Park is Audubon Society-designated. You'll see herons more often than you'll see traffic.
  • What's the application process?
    Start it online (we use Rent Manager's resident portal). We try to keep it short. If anything feels off, write me.
  • When does the lease term start?
    TODO(fred): lease-up start / first-move-in date.
  • Is there a pool?
    Yes. It's always been there. We kept it. One folded towel on the chair most mornings.
  • Is the property new construction?
    No — it's a revitalization. The property was tired when North Crane Living took it on. They brought it back, one apartment at a time.
  • What appliances are included?
    TODO(fred): confirm exact appliance package. White oak floors and quartz counters are standard in every home.
  • Can I see a virtual tour first?
    Yes — every floor plan page has a walkthrough video. If you want a live one, I'll meet you on a Saturday.
