If any part of this site — or this property — gets in your way, tell us. We'd rather hear about it and fix it than guess. The paragraphs below cover what we've done and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.
Our commitment
The Oaks at Royal Palm and North Crane Living are committed to providing housing and a website that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability. We work to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat that standard as a floor, not a ceiling.
What we’ve done
- Semantic HTML and keyboard-navigable interactive elements.
- Descriptive alt text on informative images, and empty alt on purely decorative ones.
- Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA on all text, controls, and focus states.
- A visible focus indicator on every interactive element so keyboard users always know where they are.
- Forms with linked labels, explicit error messages, and support for password managers and autofill.
Where we’re still working
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time audit. Some pages, documents, and images that pre-date our current standards may not yet be fully accessible. If you encounter one, please tell us using the contact information below and we’ll prioritize a fix.

If the website isn’t working for you for any reason, you can always reach a real person by email at leasing@oaksatroyalpalm.com. We’ll answer any question the site can — tours, availability, pricing, applications — over email or a phone call.
Reporting a barrier
If you notice a page or feature that doesn’t work with a screen reader, keyboard, or other assistive technology — or you’re just having a hard time — please let us know. Include the following so we can reproduce and fix it:
- the page URL,
- the browser and assistive technology you’re using,
- a short description of what happened.
